My favourite shampoo, it is the only one I have found to be gentle enough for my scalp. It has helped with my seborrheic dermatitis flare-ups, which are now much less frequent.

Only used it a few times but I’m impressed so far. Think I’ll try the Oi shampoo next. I’ve heard it is good for frizzy grey hair.

Just tried the calming shampoo.... having been recommended by my hair dresser as my head was really itchy. First attempt has not eradicated itchiness altogether but has definitely reduced it.... Along with conditioner has left hair nice and soft without the use of any hairdryers.

I have developed an itchy scalp for over a year now and have tried a number of shampoos aimed for a sensitive/itchy scalp. Yet none of them really worked. In the process I have probably spent £100’s try and find something that worked for me. Eventually I was recommended to this brand by a dermatologist and finally I have found the calming shampoo that works. I do however, have to wash my hair every 4/5 days but, that’s a small price to pay. It also doesn’t drain my hair tint out as much as the other shampoos which also is a bonus. Price point isn’t too bad and the bottle does last a good while. I do however, regret paying for p&p on top as that increases the price point to an ‘expensive’ bottle for me. I would recommend it to anyone with an itchy/sensitive scalp. I’ve already purchased this again. Also Davines also offer you a free sachet of some other products to try which is a great bonus before you purchase anything new.

A lovely gentle shampoo that does not irritate the scalp and leaves the scalp feeling clean and fresh without over stripping it. Does not lather much so you can end up using a lot of product but as I’ve learnt a little goes a long way.
