I bought the serum and I complained over 6 months ago regarding its consistency. My email wasn't replied to ,to resolve, offer a new product ,refund.
Just thanks for letting you know.
However, I had to then pay to repurchase an alternative as I couldn't use the serum & wasted the money.

Great delivery , love this conditioner, smells great and works but the whole ‘in a wide mouth pot’ thing might work in a salon but when you are standing in the shower - whatever you do it is rock-pool time as the water inevitably puddles in the conditioner and you have to decant before putting thr lid back on. Please can it go in a squeezy bottle like the shampoo?
