This versatile product can be used pre or post-shampoo.

For normal hair: after shampooing, apply to scalp and towel dried hair to obtain optimal prevention results.
Leave on for 3-5 minutes, comb through and rinse off. Dry the hair.
For fine hair: it can be used also as a pre-shampoo treatment for a light conditioning effect, suitable for fine hair too. In this case, apply to damp scalp and hair, leave on for 3-5 minutes, rinse off, then shampoo the hair normally.
For normal or coarse hair: for optimum conditioning results, apply the product as a pre-shampoo treatment and leave on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse off. Shampoo the hair, then apply the product again for another 3-5 minutes. Rinse and dry the hair.
